Who We Are

Started in 1990 Super Structures General Contractors, Inc. continues to grow today. Attention to detail, value engineering, fair pricing and a commitment to excellence are factors that have led to our success. There is no clearer evidence of this than the fact that over fifty percent of our work load is from past clients and their referrals.

Super Structures has an expertise in metal buildings and conventional construction. With-in house abilities that many other general contractors do not possess, Super Structures can help keep costs low while offering top of the line products. We can also work with clients to design the perfect building.

Super Structures General Contractors Inc. is a family owned and operated business.

Richard B. Gallier, Sr. President
With over 30 years of building experience and holding a Class A contractor’s licenses in the state of Virginia and Texas. Rick has the knowledge to assist individuals in constructing the perfect building. He has been involved in construction projects. Including six 100+ unit apartment projects, warehouses, several large mini storage projects, retail shops, office complexes, bowling allies, country clubs, libraries, gymnasiums, government facilities, school additions, church construction and renovation, US Government facilities, and Executive Homes.

His education experience includes and MBA from William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

His licenses currently held are:
Commonwealth of VA Class A Contractors License
Commonwealth of VA Real Estate Brokers License
The State of Texas Real Estate Brokers License

Richard B. Gallier, Jr. Vice President
Rick, Jr. has been around construction his entire life. Upon graduation from college, in 1995, he and his father started a concrete and metal building erection company. That company merged with Super Structures in 2003. Some projects Rick, Jr. has been involved in include, assisted living facilities, manufacturing and warehouse buildings, retail, and medical offices. Rick, Jr. has brought that experience to the company, along with the knowledge of all aspects of metal building construction.

Rick, Jr. holds a BA in International Business from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia.

His certifications include:
Certified Building Systems Installer
Certified Sure Track Project manager
Certified Superintendent

Mission Statement

It is our goal to provide quality construction using value engineering, qualified sub-contractors, premium materials, attention to detail and continuous supervision; in doing so we want to provide value to our customers and through teamwork provide a construction project that all can be proud of today and in years to come.

Through this process we intend to build a lasting relationship with our customers. We will be building the customers project, but we will also be focusing on building the relationship with our customer. We will complete the project with the same pride of ownership that is felt by our customer, as they see their dream fulfilled.

QUALITY, INTEGRITY AND TEAMWORK…
…are paramount to Superstructures. Super Structures is family owned and its values are directly represented in the quality of its work. This is substantiated by the percentage of repeat clients.

Quality – Each building represents Super Structures General Contractors, Inc and the family that owns the business. The Gallier’s treat each building as if it was one they were building for them selves. The quality controls that are in place make sure that each building will be build to exact standards.

Integrity – Super Structures General Contractors, inc. has been built by the reputation of its owners. Its growth has been by word of mouth. Rick’s Sr. and Jr. have extensive backgrounds in the construction business and know each step of what it takes to build one of these buildings. They are on site frequently and do not allow any corners to be cut. If there is a concern then they are the ones at the site correcting any issue.

Teamwork – When you contract with Super Structures General Contractors, Inc you are forming a partnership with Super Structures General Contractors, Inc. in building the building. Super Structures General Contractors, Inc. sees each client as a part of the team. The client is the one who has the need and Super Structures, along with architects and many sub contractors, is the group fulfilling that need. Super Structures can manage the entire team from concept to reality.
